The service is initially unshaped and when usage exceeds 80% of the average, the service will be shaped. The top 20% of users in each product set will be throttled on all related protocols that About IT Online deems to be abuse or file sharing over a rolling 10 day period. These accounts are more suited for home users only.
ADSL Biz
The Biz Uncapped is a pure unshaped services. This service will only be shaped if there is any illegal active or abusive nature is detected. Perfect accounts for bussiness that require high downloads.
Business Static
Upgrade and Downgrade carry a R 1 750 setup fee.
Speed is determined by Telkom Line Speed and Package Speed.
